Our AI Policy

We believe AI is a boon to humanity and a force for good everywhere.

We also believe that no institution should prevent you from the use of AI to achieve cost efficiencies. If firms don't have a bloated overhead, then you won't have a bloated bill.

We use AI to eliminate all the inefficiencies of legal work, including all the mechanical, clerical, and routine aspects of documentation. We are sure you're not happy to pay lawyers for five hours to proofread and revise the cosmetic and stylistic elements of a draft.

We know that AI is currently incapable of producing reliable and accurate legal research, and has tendency to fabricate legal bases. Needless to state, we don't use AI this way.

We take care not to feed any confidential and private inputs to the AI. We are not stupid.

We believe that AI can free more cognitive bandwidth for lawyers to focus on strategy, transaction structure, contractual design, innovative solutions, and the things that really matter.

Lastly, we have a vested interest in the success of AI, as we represent AI developers and have an AI and machine learning practice.
